How to download videos from youtube to mp3

In this tutorial you can learn to save videos from youtube to you computer, and watch them offline. However, sometimes you might not want the video, just the sound (e.g. if it's a music video).

1. The first step is to download and install a program which does this for you. You can get it free here
2. Start the program, and put the url of the youtube video you want to download to mp3.
   
3. If you have quite a few youtube videos you want to convert, you can switch to batch mode.
4. Then name the new mp3 file, and choose where you want to save it. If you want to give it an album name, track and so on press 'Mp3 tags' (next to the convert button).
   
6. Click on convert and wait for the program to download and convert the video into an mp3 file
