How to push a domain name

If you ever sell or just want to give a domain name to someone else, you will need to 'push' the domain name from your account to the recipient. This is a very quick process, and the new owner could be in control of the domain within minutes. For this tutorial we'll use Godaddy as the registrar.

1. Log in to your godaddy account
2. When you are at the domain manager page, click on the domain you want to push
3. Select Account Change
   
4. Insert the details of the person you want to send the domain to. Make sure all the details are correct. Note: if they already have Godaddy account you just need to insert their login name
5. Keep pressing next, until you see this:
   
6. The person whose details you entered will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the domain. When they accept the domain name, the process will be complete.
