How to take a screenshot

  1. Press the Print screen key. It is usually above the 'Insert' key, and is shortened to 'Prt Scrn'.
  2. If you want to save it as an image, run paint or any other image editor and press Control + V. This will paste it. You can now save it with what name you like and if any format you choose.
  3. Alternatively, you can paste it into something else, such as a word document. Run word, and like you did with paint, press Control + V.
  4. If you want to take more than one screenshot, or want more features such as including the mouse, taking a screenshot of just the active window etc try Screengrab. It's a very small freeware application that can do it all for you
